Welcome To PSA

"A special shout out to Coach Cam for his dedication, discipline, and belief in our son's growth. His impact on and off the field means more than words can say."

Batts Family | Richland County

"He really has helped me and developed me, and to this day, he still pushes me. He doesn’t want me to be anything less than what I can be. He told me the other day he doesn’t want me to be a third-round draft pick, he doesn’t want me to be a second-round draft pick, he wants me to be the top guy, because he knows that’s my potential. He pushes me to be the best version of me I can be. And by him doing what he does, that drives me to be successful.”

Trey McBride | Arizona Cardinals

NFL Pro Bowler
2nd Round Draft Pick

"It has been really cool to see Cam turn into Coach Cam!  I was blessed to be able to coach him in high school and work along side him on the Division 1 collegiate level. Coach Cam has the necessary tools to develop, train and teach the next generation of skilled athletes. I'm excited to see how far he goes."

the core of our program

PSA values

Respect

We respect our classmates, teachers, coaches and ourselves at all times and always display sportsmanship when in competitive situations.

Listen

Listening is a critical skill for PSA athletes' development because it impacts each of our  program participants and core values.

Effort

We give our BEST effort at all times...from drill-to-drill...on and off the field.

Safety

During sessions we keep our hands to ourselves to create a safe and fun learning environment. We teach safe tackling techniques to ensure PSA athletes will practice those techniques when they participate in the game of football.

Believe

At PSA, we believe in ourselves no matter what challenges we face.  Our next will always be our BEST!

Play

Football is a game.  In today's world, it's sometimes hard to remember that. At PSA, we PLAY hard, do our absolute best and ALWAYS HAVE FUN!

our pace. our space. our game.

Journey to psa: about coach cam

Richland Two Graduate
A proud graduate of Richland School District Two. Rice Creek Elementary; Kelly Mill Middle; Ridge View High School, Class of 2017.
Rise to Recognition: Ridge View HS
A catalyst to the turnaround of Ridge View High School's football program. From 3 wins in 2014, to 10 wins in 2016 (Tied for the school record). Served as team captain. Led the Blazers in receptions before a 3rd round exit in the 2016 playoffs.
Shrine Bowl Of The Carolinas
Regarded as one of the top players in the state of South Carolina, which led to the honor to participate in the Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas. An incredible end to an amazing high school career.
D1 Dreams
From an injury riddled start in high school with 0 scholarship offers going into the final year. Finished final year with 15+ Division 1 football offers to various schools around the country. Ultimately decided to play football for Colorado State University.
Career Moments: Colorado State University (CSU)
One of the most productive tight ends in CSU history, finishing just outside the top 5 for career marks. A 2x Mackey Award watchlist tight end with noteworthy performances including a career high: 107 yards vs Arkansas in 2018. Sidelined almost 2 years in junior and senior seasons due to injuries.
NFL Experience
Completed pro day in the spring of 2022 in front of over 30+ NFL scouts. Participated in NFL Rookie Minicamp with the New York Giants. From a series of highs and lows at CSU, to being named one of the top tight ends in the country, to battling through injuries...the opportunity to compete at the next level was a dream come true!
From Player To Coach
Would join the Coastal Carolina Football staff in 2024, becoming the Assistant Wide Receivers Coach. Not many have the experience of being recruited and playing D1 football, to then being the recruiter and coaching D1 football.
Training
Teaching the game to the next generation and helping families live healthier, more active lifestyles is what it's all about. Taking experiences from different roles in the game of football and giving it back to those looking to level up.
Making A Difference: PSA
I have now returned to my hometown of Columbia, creating the new standard in youth sports training. This program is the first of its kind and will help showcase future stars we have in our state. This program is much more than football; it's about mentorship and preparing our kids for the game of life, through football. Welcome to PSA!

Although we do understand that things happen. PSA does have a late pickup policy.

Late Pickup Policy
Our program ends promptly at 4 PM. We ask that all children are picked up within 15 minutes of dismissal. A late fee of $1 per minute will apply after this grace period.

Consistent late pickups may result in removal from the program. Thank you for respecting our time and commitment to your child’s development.

Do you train girls as well?
an arrow pointing down

Yes! Our program is open to both boys and girls. Every session combines fun activities with real football skill training, so kids stay excited while learning the game the right way. With a focus on fundamentals, discipline, and teamwork, players build confidence and improve each week. We keep groups to a maximum of 15 students to make sure every child gets the attention they need to grow and have fun.

What should my athlete bring to each session?
an arrow pointing down

Athletic clothing, tennis shoes and cleats (preferred but optional), football gloves (optional), a labeled water bottle (water will also be provided), and a positive attitude!

What if my athlete misses a session?

We understand that things happen. While sessions are non-refundable, we aim to keep every player up to speed through weekly instruction and progress tracking.

Is this a contact football program?
an arrow pointing down

No. Our program is non-contact—there’s no tackling or necessary equipment like helmets or pads. Some drills may involve limited, controlled physical engagement (e.g., hand placement or bag work), but safety and control are always our priority.

Do I need to pick up my child after PSA sessions?
an arrow pointing down

If your athlete is not enrolled in their school’s after-school program, you will need to pick them up at the end of our session. However, if your athelte is already part of their school’s after-school program, they will be escorted back to that program once our session ends.
